great 2nd album....

This album shows the progression of matchbox twenty in particular singing/song writing of Rob Thomas !!! the songs are beautifully written and a must if you like soft rock as this bag progresses with later albums more than you think you are & exile on mainstream, bent & last beautiful girl couple of great songs on this album, can't wait see them live !!!!

Matchbox Twenty are Fantastic!

This album got me over an Ex-Girl friend! I loved it before that and love it even more now!! If You're Gone is one of the best songs ever written!

Upon the release of their debut album, Yourself or Someone Like You, in fall 1996, Matchbox Twenty was pigeonholed as one of the legions of post-grunge guitar bands that roamed the American pop scene in the middle of the '90s.
