Album Review

More than a simple best-of compilation, Master the Treadmill with OK Go assembles some of the band’s best songs into a continuous mix that’s ready-made for the gym. Released as a collaboration between Nike and iTunes, the mix has the Chicago band leading the workout routine, letting the listener know when to speed up or slow down. With songs like “Get Over It,” “Invincible,” and “There’s a Fire,” Master the Treadmill is a solid compilation that’s sure to get fans moving.

Rocking Workout!

This is a superb workout and the rocking OK Go tunes fit in perfectly. It’s a thirty minute workout which involves 6 sets of speed intervals. Keeping the base pace between sets is tough but it's something you can work to achieving over time. I've been using this same workout for the last six months. It’s never got boring! The five stars I’ve given show that it’s recommended.

lossing pounds!

This is the first Nike program I've bought and I just love it. I've been going to the gym for nearly three years and was really bored with it. This program has got me back into the whole thing and I've definately lost pounds now I'm really working at it. Great for a beginner as a walk/run program or the more experienced runner as a jog/walk. Worth every penny

Excellent motivator

I am new to running and this is perfect to motivate and push me to keep at it. I am currently using it as a 'walk-run' as opposed to the 'run-runfaster' it as designed as, but it works perfectly for me. I would highly recommend it.

Recognizing the growing popularity of websites like YouTube, the group shot a campy dance video for "A Million Ways," a song from their sophomore album Oh No. It quickly became the most downloaded music video in history, and OK Go won a Grammy Award for their...
