Dystopia here we come
Nostalgic dystopia, well executed. The opening is very Neu! and after that the music moves on to a very 70's English style of state sponsored music - superficially pleasant but ultimately totalitarian. If you don't like to think about music, listen to something else. If you want your music nicely constructed with a bit of art thrown in, then give this go.

The Advisory Circle is the bewitching alias of former King of Woolworths and Georges Vent artist Jon Brooks. Describing the Advisory Circle sound as "Everything's fine, but there is something not quite right about it," Brooks' eerie electronics and warped collages of noise and samples found a suitable home on the ubiquitous Ghost Box label.
