Album Review
Soulwax's US debut album Much Against Everyone's Advice mixes rock and electronica on songs like "Too Many DJs," "When Logics Die" and "Overweight Karate Kid." The Belgian group's mix of loops, guitars, strings and dance-inspired rhythms is fresh and appealing, and Much Against Everyone's Advice - Soulwax's third album overall - is their finest to date.

Rock originality of the highest order
Soulwax are one of the, if not the, best alternative rock bands in existence. This is a truly awesome album and anyone who has heard it with fully functioning ears will tell you no different. Buy it now before you're old and deaf or dead even.

Why on earth has no one reviewed this album yet? With all the meaningless thirteen in a dozen "I believe I've heard this before" crap that get's released lately it's a joy to be able to go back to some certainties. One of those certainties is that this album is probably one of the best rock albums ever made and it's garanteed to release a shedload of emotions in you every time you listen to it. Original, amazing melodies, power.. this is a must buy!
Strewth!
I am a big big fan of Night Version and so i downloaded this album and was very suprised at how different it is, however it is right up my street!! I love it. It's very fresh and new sounding which is rare these days. Great album that gets inside you....NICE ONE!!!
