In the current drab climate that is the UK guitar scene it’s very hard to get excited about ''the next big thing.'' It’s even harder to appreciate how good a band is until you have witnessed them live. In this case it isn’t hard to imagine The Suzukis creating something truly special over the coming months if this EP is anything to go by. This Loud, brash in your face, guitar scratching, bass booming, drum thumbing and genuinely brilliant batch of songs from the mysterious and elusive Wigan band is something we should all stand up and applaud. Even more so when you think these boys have to stand alone in our watered down middle class mummy boy music scene we seemed to be standing in at present. More please and make it quick before we all die through boredom!
