They're back.

This single is one of those rare occacions, where hype and belief for song, become 100% true. A very dark and sinister mood, with fanastic playing and deep emotional lyrics, this song sets the path for the new album in July. This song is a middle finger to haters as the song ploughs throught it's competition, and more importantly, a taster of the final gift that Jimmy 'The Rev' Sullivan made for us, and the courage and pride of the rest of the band to deliver it. Well deserved is a huge understatement. Buy it.

One hell of a song!

As with any other A7X fan, I'm obviously really excited to see this single out and cannot wait for the album in July. As joshA7X said, the huge build up and anticipation for this song sure as hell wasn't there to let us down in the end. The song is beyond my expectations and is well.. f**king awesome! In true Avenged Sevenfold style, the song's introduction is a quiet, sinister and unassuming one which then suddenly kicks in with the entirety of the band which as with previous tracks such as Critical Acclaim and Gunslinger, is enough to give you goose bumps. Although whilst listening to the song, it's hard to not think that the Rev isn't drumming but Mike Portnoy does a truly amazing job of sticking to the original drum tracks and does so in a way that would make Jimmy smile for sure. Synyster Gates' solo is flawless as ever and similar to the song 'Girl I Know' from their album 'Diamonds In The Rough'. Considering everything that has taken place since the end of 2009, these guys have done unbelievably well to make such an incredible come back and have done Jimmy 'The Rev' Sullivan proud... They're back and they're ready to take on a dark journey. Join them and buy this song now! Let's get A7X to UK #1!!!

Amazing

I'm an old school A7X fan and I have loved the band since Sounding the Seventh Trumpet, I love this track I think it takes a mix of different albums to make it what it is, awesome.

The members of metalcore outfit Avenged Sevenfold (or A7X) were still attending high school in Huntington Beach, CA, when they formed their band in 1999. Nevertheless, it didn't take long for M. Shadows (vocals), Zacky Vengeance (guitar), Synyster Gates (guitar), the Reverend (drums), and Johnny Christ (bass) to make an impression with their aggressive hybrid of metal, hard rock, and punk-pop. The band made its official debut in July 2001, releasing Sounding the Seventh Trumpet on the Good Life label...
