Five Stars Hands Down
A fantastic album with a vast amount of depth and a warmth of the sound that can only be described as classic rock.
Classic album from the Early 80s
This is a wonderful album from the early 1980s! A simple and yet wonderfully performed set of songs featuring the unique compositional and vocal talent of a young Ben Watt (latterly part of 'Everything But The Girl') accompanied by his strumming on acoustic guitar. It brings back memories of a different era to that which surrounds us all today, pre-mobile phones and the Internet, when £1 was still a note and not a coin! It's worth every penny ....
Classic
Evokes memories of days when life was somewhat more simple, free and less materialistic.
Ben is able to catch thoughts and emotions of I guess many of us growing up in those times, hoping maybe even yearning for something yet not sure what.
He still has that ability with a totally different style.
