ok so when is this ACTUALLY released
i pre-ordered this tune which was released on the 31st of october it is now the 4th of november and i still cannot download it...???

itunes rip off?
I also pre-ordered this and cannot download. I think it is because itunes have increased the price since I pre-ordered it so are not going to honour the price I originally got it for. They probably need the extra cash poor things!
