OMG Amazing MUST BUY
You have to buy this album if you plan to do some keep fitting in 2008. 3 mini workouts which are really easy to do (even wathing then on a ipod Nano 4G). MUST BUY. Also good for running as you get lost in the Album and just keep going. Also I have Brought the first Pump It Up really good to. HAVE FUN COZ I HAVE!!!
No pain, no gain!
I would really recommend this to anyone who doesn't have the time or money to go to the gym. It's easy enough to follow and you don't need much space to do it, and the skinny bendy girls dancing along provide some great thinspiration. The only problem I have with it is that it doesn't include the 10 minute dance-cardio work out that the DVD has. And that it hurts, obviously.

Excellent. Some real up to date tunes mixed with some old classics. A great combination of tracks. I LOVE IT
