This is one of a series of four Ep's being released over the course of 2 weeks. There are 13 tracks in total, all remixes of the fantastic new album Quaristice. The remixes are longer than the tracks on the album, and well it would probably take around 10 to the power 4 listens to decide which is better, the album or the remixes. In any case, it's still Autechre in their finest form. For some reason this selection of tracks reminds me more of Aphex Twin than their other stuff. Sadly for iTunes I have already purchased the first 10 tracks, for a better price than they initially offer and at more than twice the bit rate.
