Just Perfect

The Cure must be one of the UK's most under-rated live bands and I always prefer hearing them live. This is a great introduction if you haven't seen them yet. It's an interesting mix of new and old work and this version of The Edge of The Deep Green Sea is just perfect.

A return to form...

from the numerous lacklustre live albums that rarely compare to bootleg recordings that actually capture the depth, Robert intends for his songs. Mesmerising guitars on ‘The Edge of the Deep Green Sea’ and the best recording of ‘One Hundred Years’ I have heard. Thank you

Great live taster for The Cure

Cure live CDs haven't always got across what a great live band they are so this was a pleasant surprise....even if it's a live session rather than a full blown show. Good selection of songs and a well captured performance make this a great taster for any fan or someone just discovering the band for the first time.

Out of all the bands that emerged in the immediate aftermath of punk rock in the late '70s, few were as enduring and popular as the Cure.
