seven months and a fire blanket

love this album, personal favourite of mine is treading water go see them live when they next come to your town you wont be diossapointed

musically perfect

This album is brilliant and to really give you an idea of how proceed sound here is an analagy. Proceed sound like Alexisonfire have waged a war with Enter Shikari whilst Massive Attack are at the side lines throwing petrol bombs and Damien Rice is picking up casualties in his musical ambulance. Which makes a brilliant band and a brilliant album The album kicks off with treading water, which is a great starter to the album as it has a rocky feel yet is chilled musically with very well placed clean vocals. Then the screaming vocals contrast the clean vocals enough to catch your attention but not too much as to change the mood of the song. Thats what makes this album so great! It is the fact that its about the songs and the music! Nothing else! These guys are doing what they do best and it comes off briliantly. On every track on this album you will be surprised by what comes up and how well these lads play there instruments, whilst at the same time getting their melodys trapped in your head, and there they will stay. For these guys are catchy but not in a processed pop way more in a good music way. Enjoy their album because that is why it was created. Cheers

Rock your chuffing socks off

These guys rock. It's like Thrice meets Alexisonfire meets a whole bunch of other pretty kicking stuff. I saw them live last week and they were the tightest band I've heard for a long time. They sound just as awesome live as they do on the record - catchiest tracks for me are Telescopes and Treading Water, although the others are no less awesome. Buy it. Then go see them live. You won't regret it.
