More precious than Silver. Hotter than Fire...
An absolute joy. This album reminds me of long summer evenings spent in the countryside with friends. Its the perfect soundtrack for people who like me prefer their music to come with beautiful pictures. Martin Craft is a young man singing about life's everyday experiences - using intellect and wit to deliver a collection of songs that are lyrically beautiful and painfully observational. Essential listening.
What Potential
After hearing the early EP i was amazed by this group. Dragonfly - You can see it all tonight - Sweets are really beautifully crafted songs. Silver & Fire though disapoints compared to the EP. It seems to have carved a more commercial route? I know that the artist had troubles recording this record and i think you can feel that. I hope M Craft return to their former beauty. They really do have something very special but its not come out (just yet)....
