Acoustic Beauty

Frank Turner is a fantastic Musician whos lyrical genius coupled with a fine sense of humour and a story to tell has made him one of the best acts to look out for in 2007. I usually detest folk music but Frank Turner trully has pulled me in. Not only is he a great musician but is also a genuinely nice guy and deserves all the success he gets Buy this album. I promise you, you won't be dissapointed.

a breath of fresh air

I've been waiting for Frank Turner's debut for a while, ever since I heard a live performance of his on BBC's Radio 1. I was mesmerised. His voice, his lyrical composition, his minimalist but powerful musical arrangement are all the hallmarks of a talented and accomplished artist, yet at the time, he was unsigned, releasing his own demo CD's through his website. This debut album is every bit as good as his demo's promised- and better. Its a breath of fresh air in a crowded industry- and Turner's powerful voice is every bit as special as the equally brilliant Ray Lamontaigne.

funtastic folk fantasia

A bearded man with an acoustic guitar and a heart of gold, we love frank turner his lyrics are damned cool. even if his beard does make him look like the vagrant who tried to steal my chips yesterday........
