Much better than the studio versions

Bought this album when it originally came out on double gatefold picture disc! Highly recommend it as most of the songs are far superior to the weedy sounding album versions, especially Calling all the Heroes.

essential!

I have to agree - a great live album, excellent performances and almost every song benefits from the live setting. Guitar solos are gutsier and more emotively played and the band just sounds more powerful than on studio versions - if you only buy one It Bites collection, make it this one!

One of the best live albums ever

This is got to be one of the best live albums ever. considering it was recorded in 1989 the production on this album puts alot of modern live albums to shame. This album really shows how good it bites were live as opposed to there good but sometimes over-produced studio work. One of the best tracks on here is calling all the heros which is far more rocked up than the studio version. This albums so good i feel like i am at an it bites gig when listening to it
