fooking awesome!
'the ballad of burnt dave' is a great wee rocker. but of southern blues mixed with lafaro's dirty, sleazy rock and roll. it's one of the stand out tracks from the debut album, but what makes this an essential purchase is the awesomely epic 'climate'. Not found on the album, 'cimate' is a dirty, grungy wee number, reminiscent of shellac and sonic youth, that builds and builds to a fantastic cacophony of a riff. BUY THIS NOW!

What a great song! 'Ballad Of Burnt Dave' is a groovy rock'n'roller which has more than a touch of desert grunge to it. Another top track from their riff-packed debut album. 'Climate' is a live favourite which awkwardly trundles along with a dischordant off-kilter timing before riffing itsway to an energetic finish.
