Enchanting tones
This is just the tickle of magic you need to keep you warm in the winter months. Neighbour's Birds has the haunting quality of a ghost that befriends and protects you by scaring away your enemies... This girl will be all over next year!

Been waiting for this ever since hearing Alessi's Ark on Radio 6. Thoroughly recommend it to anyone, 2009 is going to be her year!
Incredible.
In short - I love Alessi's Ark. She has a truely unique and incredible voice (just listen to The Asteroids Collide - amazing) and I simply cannot wait for her album to come out! I can't get enough!

Alessi's Ark is the brainchild of Alessi Laurent-Marke, a British songbird whose lilting, folk-tinged songs helped propel her from MySpace's inner circle to the roster of Virgin Records. Laurent-Marke began pursuing a songwriting career at the age of 16, having appeased her parents with a promise to return to school if nothing happened within one year's time.
