The start of great things

This CD release contains the surviving 9 tracks from the original Seaside cassette which now sells for so much on auction sites.

Contains an ashtonishing collection of songs, which are regarded as classics by those lucky enough to see them all those years ago in various tiny venues in South London.

If you've never heard R.E.S or To Go Off and Things, you're missing out. Amazing songs, which are finally available for a wider audiance through iTunes. Buy it!

Completely bonkers

This album I first heard many years ago on cassette and it's now available on Itunes - BUY IT ! Your conception of music will never be the same again. Hilarious live, and totally enjoyable via the hi-fi. One of the great bands of my younger days jb

Truly memorable

Early recordings from much lauded band all of which formed the majority of songs on 1986 cassette. All probably capture the early sound of the band and clearly point to a group of musicians who clinically and uniquely operate a number of styles. I think "Gina Lollabridgida" and "Jibber and Twitch" are worth it alone for these versions.
Terrific and much missed band at the moment.

The alleged fact that Jim couldn't play an instrument mattered little and the band took the moniker Cardiac Arrest. Their first actual release was a single, "A Bus for a Bus on the Bus," in 1979, which they followed with a full-length cassette...
