The definitive HP Lovecraft
There is a big difference between spoken word audio book and the concept of audio drama. 4Dio really pushes the envelope on the audio creating a life-like world and placing you right in the midst of the action. This attention to detail and atmosphere really pays off with a classic author and title like 'Statement by scaring the socks off you from the outset! The music, the actors, the sound effects and the story really add up to a premium title and is instantly THE definitive version of HP Lovecraft's writing.
Turn off the lights, crank up the sound, and find yourself transported -just remember it's not real... or is it!?
Enjoyable listen
A really enjoyable and unique audio drama. The scene was impressively set throughout with the music, sound and acting. I was actually scared! Looking forward to more of these types of audio books from 4DIO.
