This big area in your life!
For all you late 20s and 30 somthings this album will instantly take you back to the musical frontiers of the late 1980s. In those days life was for living, not musing, so tune in, and plug out to great tracks such as Big Area, Sugar Box, and Reeling. Much underated bands like Then Jerrico captured an age in pop music when the melancholy was to be revelled in, not poured over ... and long, long before bands such as Cold Play and Keane made this genre a part of the mainstream. Still gives you goosebumps!
I know I must be an old skool nut ( not to mention an old git!) but I bought the original album entitled' The big Area' when it was originally launched in 88 and have played it to death. This greatest hits version no doubt has laid the foundation for the new crop of British male pop/indie bands. However what happened to the cool 'where you lie???'.
