INSTANT MOODY BRILLIANCE
never heard of this lot until i bought this inspired by the spiel on the case written by the staff at an independent cd shop in brighton(thanks resident people)........
.......and WOW,THIS IS GREAT STUFF,sort off bluesy,folky,country,a lovely slow melancholc pace to the whole album,with dark,wistful and wonderful lyrics,

The haunted-sounding Canadian indie folk act Timber Timbre feature singer/songwriter/multi-instrumentalist Taylor Kirk, who is supported by keyboardist/percussionist/violinist Mika Posen and guitarist/percussionist Simon Trottier. Taking inspiration for the project's name from a cabin in Ontario where Kirk made some of his first recordings, Timber Timbre released two albums, 2006’s Cedar Shakes and the following year’s Medicinals, independently before signing to the Canadian imprint Arts & Crafts....
