Ukephoric: The London Uke Festival 2009
Amazing! a really great fun eclectic mix of music from an instrument not normally associated with good quality.. But this album will change everyone's view and open their ears to a new 'old' sound.. reworked, restored and rejuvenated for a modern discerning audience. If I was to pick my favourite tracks, I would say first that they are all terrific but the voice and playing from Lisa Kenny on her two tracks is the icing on the cake for this album... I look forward to Lisa's own album... I found more of her work on www.lisakenny.co.uk
