HAIL ENEMIES OF THE BABYLON
An excellent album from one of reggae's most under-rated voices, packed with more Jamaican folklore than a university course. The sound is as fresh and vibrant today, as it was over thirty years ago when it was first released. A must-have for every reggae lover's collection.

I used to hold the album, love the cover, look at that woman and wonder forever. And the music inside it: just brilliant, it still carries the same strength way back when I first had the privilege to listen to it to today yeah, Ridim of Life. Poverty is everywhere. The rich is getting richer. War is still in Babylon. Great Music great lyrics impeccable sound. One of the classics to listen to again and again. Thanks Brother Max we will keep chasin' the Devil.

This lp goes down as one of the most influential records in the last 30 odd years....not reggae record, record...period! Produced by Lee "scratch" Perry at the height of his creative period, coupled with the smooth melodic tones of Max Romeo...witty and skilfully knitted lyrics make this a must buy for any music lover...(I have an original copy on vinyl...Sorry to mention that)
