Dance To Dance To The Radio

While a bit hit and miss, this compilation did give me what I wanted....namely more material by This Et Al, iLiKETRAINS (whose "The Beeching House" is one of the most genuinely moving songs I've heard in a long while), Kubichek!, The Pigeon Detectives, Dead Disco, and Foward Russia. And not one of them doesn't deliver. Oh...and re: the other reviewer's comment - I can't stand the Hives, I'm not particularly fussed with the Kaiser Chiefs and I thought the second Franz Ferdinand album was fairly dull....odd, eh?

top compilation

this is a great collection of songs. Surprisingly varied for the NME type indie bands that i am so inclined towards. iLiKETRAiNS is beautiful, O Francas, Kubichek, Forward Russia, Bam Bam Your Dead, and Redcarsgofaster are all fantastic discoveries. What strikes me is the brilliant band names: Whoreswhoreswhores, This Et Al, Dead Disco, Snow White, Napoleon the IIIrd, and We Start Fires.

lots of good bands here

great album, including quite a few bands that ive been following for a while namely ¡Forward Russia, kubichek! and napolean IIIrd. best songs would be Dead Disco-city place, ¡Forward Russia-Two,Napolean IIIrd-the comformist takes it all, Samsa-first,the lights and We Start Fires-hot metal
