A gem that won't stay hidden for long, Josh Bray's breathtaking debut is a folk-blues tour de force that carries you away on a wave of stunning melodies, beautifully crafted lyrics and spellbinding vocals.
From soul-drenched opener The River Song, a soothing no-frills number striking in its simplicity, via brooding rock track Hard Living and sultry blues strum-along Indian Gin, Whisky and Wool is a showcase of artistic versatility not only refreshingly absent of flashy gimmicks but also carrying all the hallmarks of an exceptional and inspiring new talent.

A stunning work reminiscent of 70s era folksters but rejigged for the 21st century...I'm looking forward to hearing more from this artist in the future.
