Having secured a deal with Universal Classics and Jazz following her performances during ITV's 2008 series of Britain's Got Talent, Smith released Faryl, which became the fastest-selling solo classical album in British chart history. Faryl has released another great attempt for her age in this album. Her voice is clear however, in some parts she should be careful not to darken it to try to make it sound more mature. Despite this the tone quality is lovely and well advanced beyond her age. A very pleasing selection of songs particularly Adiemus. The Children's choir featured in this particular track deserve particular congratulations as they sound great and in some parts where they are the only part singing with Faryl accompanying them. It is lovely to see a choir get such a starring moment! The choir is brilliant and should make an album of their own!
Overall Faryl's beautiful voice is perfectly displayed in this well put together album and she deserves congratulating particularly due to her age. The Children's choir was BRILLIANT!
Wonderland
A truly wonderful album Faryl. I wish you great success in your career. Great voice and a credit to your home town and friends. Anyone not being able to spell the word "rubbish" should not be allowed to comment as they did in another review. Their language was not at all kind. Not everyone can appreciate the pure genius of a 14 year old. Long may you continue to make further albums and have continued success.
