Can't be pigeon-holed - fab!
I really, really like this album. A friend recommended it and I am so glad they did as it has so much of what I look for in the music I listen to. The key reason I like this is because it doesn't fit neatly into a specific musical genre. It's kind of bluesy, folksy even, in my opinion, a little music hall-y (Passport). The guy has a cracking voice and the guitar an piano work is great. I am not at all musical, I just know what I like and I really like this! Why 4 * not 5? Well I thought it was a little short (although better short and fab than sticking weak stuff on to pad it out), but mainly i think this is a great start, and have feeling that Sam Bradley will continue to develop into something phenomenol and I'm saving star 5 for that!
