Great little App
When I first arrived in Asia less than 18 month ago the web booking wasn't even available on Safari. Now,I can book a flight on my IPhone and there are loads of extra features. Brilliant development, bravo to the IT team at Air Asia
Easy to use but some tabs misleading!!!
The app is easy to use, no nonsense however when a pop up appears be sure to read it carefully, some are misleading.
For example; opting out of travel insurance, a popup appears with "cancel" meaning cancel the cancel, not cancel the insurance!!
I made several bookings in Thailand and had no issues at all with this app.
Brilliant
The worst thing about flying Air Asia was using their poor website to book tickets. This app makes it easy. So simple to use and almost bug free. Well done Air Asia!
