CutStory: Video & Reel Maker 4+

Fantastic app for trimming videos too long for Instagram or simply for editing vids into whatever length you want. I have had this app for 3 years now and it’s updated and maintained. I’ve had absolutely no problems with it.

I bought the app to be able to use the quick cut and delete the watermark function, it didn’t work. The app doesn’t seem to recognize the purchase. When I contacted the I support, it was appalling. I had to ask apple for refund instead as their responses were hopeless and rude.

What an insane answer your team keep giving. Where do you guys reply from? And for the record, I sent you over 6 screenshots including the purchase proof, subscription proof and everything (and more) your team asked for. You failed to supply any direction on how to contact apple or solve the problem from your end. What a scam. Apple should be more careful with the developers they allow on their platform.

Surprisingly, you only hear what you want to hear! We ask you to send one single screenshot with a list of subscriptions from your personal account, you send us screenshots with a description of embedded purchases. You send us a check, but we do not have access to your purchases and cannot check payment. On offer to contact the apple with the standard procedure cancellation of the purchase, the link to which we send you, you demand their contacts that we do not have! If we were a scam, we definitely would not have more than 150 000 positive feedback? In general, the conversation on this should be completed!

I wouldn’t even rate this app a 1 star

I have purchased monthly payment for this app, I have spent hours editing my work for it then to not save on my device or share on any social media’s, I waited over 1 hour to download and then it disappeared and didn’t even download at all within one hour , I tried a second time for it to then do the same. I have tried to write to them to cancel my monthly payments and there is nowhere to contact them, I’m so mad I spent hours and trusted this app to work and then I can’t even cancel my monthly payments!

On devices running on new iOS system we see problem with cache on heavy files. So, until new update, we suggest you to reboot device before editing, it will help clear the cache. Another reason, you don’t have enough space on your device.
We can’t help you to unsubscribe, because it’s a standard Apple procedure and developers doesn’t have access to users Apple ID.
