Excellent app, well worth the money
I have been a fan of Jasper Fforde's books for a long time now, and was excited to see that I could get his latest offering as an audiobook via this app.
The presentation of the app is excellent, and in addition to the story has some nice extra touches - pictures and information about some of the creatures and areas involved in the story. And a latest news section.
But if I'm honest, I have really purchased it for the opportunity to listen to the book in the car. A real treat, and superbly read. Oh, and the story is good too (although I'm only half way through...)!
You won't regret it...
Great new way to read books
The best of both worlds - combines an ebook with an audiobook. So you can listen and read along if you wish and best of all the text scrolls up as the story is read. I'm a huge fan of Jasper Fforde and this book is as good as anything he's ever written and the narrator really does it justice - a rarity with audiobooks. A total winner.
