Draughts ‪∙‬ 4+

It would be helpful if you provided basic game play instructions such as how to perform moves like double jumps. I’ve found it’s not all the time the double jump prompt pops up on screen, and because of this available double jumps can’t be performed. At first I thought there was some type of restriction to the type of multiple jumps one can perform in play, but I’ve deliberately played moves to see whether the game (itself) would act on these type multiple jumps which it did. Why can the game perform these but I can only perform straight line multiple jumps? Anyone else aware of this ..

I get why it asks if you want to end in a draw after a certain number of moves and all but don’t make it appear in the Center of the board right as someone’s about to move. I’ve literally lost count of the number of times I’ve accidentally ended a game hitting “yes” by mistake. Move it to the top or something, please.

The good;
-Let’s you play draughts (if you can sit through the adds…)
And, that’s about it.

The bad;
-The adds! Dear God, the ads… You’re forced to sit through very long previews of other games which take an eternity to finally give you the option to close. Then, closing them is impossible unless you possess the dexterity and accuracy of a surgeon in order to press EXACTLY on that stupid little cross.

-You cannot play as black. Red only for some weird reason.

- When you have the upper hand and are performing a lot of non-taking manoeuvres to finish off your opponent, a pop up appears asking if you’d like to call it a draw. Hell no.

- When you complete a game it loads directly into another. There is no way to go to a hold/load screen so it’s hard to take breaks without killing it altogether

- I find the move sound of the pieces annoying af and play silent but then you lose the little cheer at the end if you win.
