Technical fault
You've got to keep the app active to view in app purchases don't think about turning the phone off or you'll lose the in app purchases, granted you can click to buy them again and it recognises you've purchased them and allows you to download again, but a very annoying bug!!!! Even if you don't turn the phone off double press home and find FSC in the active app list press and hold to get minus sign and close app guess what now re-open app and find all in app purchases gone. If the bug is fixed I'll probably give this a 4 or 5, but at the moment with this bug it's an annoying waste of money as you may have lost the guides when you wish to refer to them.
Good upgrade
Got the ladybirds and bees charts. Pictures are clear, well scaled on screen and seem accurate to me. Although this app is a bit limited, I am pleased with the Oct update. More bees! Ladybird app is no1 with ladybird obsessed grandson this summer. Keep developing please, this could grow into something really good.
I quite liked it
It hasn't got the detail of the AIDGAP keys/Richmond books but so what. I can give it to the kids when we find a flower/bee etc and that's what I wanted it for. Ground beetles, butterflies, ferns, dragonflies, and (if you do decent line drawings) grasses would be brilliant. A great first step with power to add! Even if you don't add more - I'm still pretty pleased. Thanks.
