Froze iphone
This is the 2nd attempt at installation, 21/11/09 froze phone and just failed.
An improvement would be to be able to record the problem (pot hole) and report it later away from site but it asks for current location - which didn't work anyway. Very good idea though
Waiting for v2
I've recently found the website and found it a great tool, I was going to later add updates with pics from iPhone. Just in case I looked at the app store and was excited to see this app did exist. Sadly it falls very short of the website, I'll leave it installed in hopes of a v2 soon, features missing from the website are the map and post code search, really Location should just be used to aid in getting the map to the rough area (instead of post code etc) but it should be map pin placement same as the website for specifing the incident location. Should be able to use pics from camera album (who's going to stand there on it to get a pic and location and send the report in one go. Could get run over!) better to snap with camera app first, or be able to update YOUR tickets with pictures later (as on the website). Should also be able to save and submit reports later if it can't get signal or you have several reports to submit. May need the website to have accounts, tired of the confirmation emails all the time. Also be able to see other issues reported (same as the website). Also perhaps use push notifications instead of emails. I hope a v2 with these improvements can come out soon.

The website is good but the app poor. It rarely works and does what it should. Shame but great idea.
