Gutted
This was my Granddaughters favourite game on my IPad, we used to play it together often, we had built up lots of pets in our garden, bought lots of extras for the rescue centre & really enjoyed expanding the rescue centre to fit more in, playing the games to earn more credits etc..............then one day it just crashed, the game will try to load then just jumps back to the Ap icon as others have said. Granddaughter is upset, I'm sad as we enjoyed playing this game together & there is nothing else like it that I can find in the Ap store. If the original developers have abandoned the game, (there seems to be no support, I've tried to contact them), then someone should take up the challenge & either take this on or develop something just like it. It's a real shame, it was a fun game with lots of aspects to it, my granddaughter & I will miss it. 😢
Lots of technical issues and poor customer service
On the face of it this is a really good game with cute pets and the ability to create a great rescue. However, having reached level 80 I have experienced a great deal of technical problems with crashing, loosing in app purchases and errors with the celebrity feature in the game. I have contacted the customer support on several occasions and have only ever received one non-automated response promising a refund of mini bucks which was never honoured. On the website the latest technical support update is from 2012 which suggests no-one is taking any problems seriously and there isn't much technical support going on at all. I feel the creators are now just taking the money from all of the in-app purchases (which I refuse to make due to their appalling customer service) and not dealing with any technical problems customers are having.
Annoyed
I happened to get this game back when it was in 2012. I played with my mum and we really enjoyed it, we got to level 80 I believe and we were both addicted. However, one day after I logged off to go do something. Come back on the find it won't load. I continually try but with no success I delete the app. I come back 4 years! Later to find the app still won't load no matter what device I download it on or how long I wait. This truly annoys me considering the game was exceptionally good and I got further in this game than in any other. Another point which I need to discuss is the fact that it hasn't updated since 2013? There are many people who love this game and wish for it to be fixed, so I ask the creators to fix the game with bug fixes and the extremely poor customer service.
