Just keeps blowing me away
No reviews since update...
Update has improved performance hugely... Compass and GPS seem to be much better meaning more accurate positioning. Especially for 4/4s users.
The positioning is critical... Unlike Golfshot where the point to which you need to go is fixed (by mapping), as long as it thinks you are within a few feet of where you precisely are, and as a result will give you pretty accurate readings... With Golfscape, by being a few feet out from where you are, it throws the virtual positioning off completely...
Having said that - I have both apps and I like the cross integration, but rarely find myself using the golfscape...
Right... All those struggling with this is most likely due to a poor GPS fix on 3GS...
The 4 is perfect. Used it last Sat and it was flawless. But it needs exact GPS fix... Which only the iPhone 4 gives quickly...
It's great... But not for 3GS... But don't blame the app!!!

I have to be the first to congratulate the developers on this product.
I couldnt wait to try out Golfshot on my new iphone 4- as the GPS is stunningly quick.
THIS APP looks AMAZING!!! if their previous efforts are anything to go by, this app shoudl be worth three times this price.
