No, this is a great app - the flight I saved in the phone didn’t synchronise very well with the Apple Watch -occasionally does it, but it’s very hard to make it work properly Please kindly make 2 following improvement, then I’ll be so happy to put a 5 star for this :- • iPhone and watch synchronises is very important. Please make it really workable synchronisation between phone and Apple Watch AND •• and should have a little notification - Keep coming about -flight have departed other end , then - then 45 minute before landing, and then - and then when touch down and then - and then when baggage in hall etc . = all notifications should be on an a Apple Watch continuously And most importantly, there should be option to select or deselect personalise notification only - I don’t want any other marketing notification or any kind of other notification, except the above mentioned notification -therefore I want to be able to customise my notification Thank you,

Someone enters the data and the app publishes it correctly. However it does not work in alignment with Heathrow operations. Normally I use it for departures whereas yesterday I used it for arrivals. My husband’s flight arrived… I was notified, was it correct? Yes the information was correct. Got panicked managed to reach airport to pick him up, but though the plane was by the gate, they didn’t open the plane doors, so they were left in the plane for an extra 20 minutes. Luckily I had parked in short term car park by then. We started waiting inside, voila the message arrived saying luggage was arriving. No they were not… at the end I ended up paying 17gbp for car park. It was supposed to be a 30 - 45 min visit max and I ended up for 2 hours… could it be better if I didn’t use the app, well I think it would have been exactly the same. The app is there working as it was designed but if the surrounding processes are singing from a different tone, then benefit is not fully there, but we have an app to entertain us.
