The perfect app!!!!!!
Just who are these idiots who think that just because they have spent a fiver on an app that jamie should spend weeks in the studio creating new videos just to provide them with free updates.
Does your hairdresser give you free trims for life?
Do you get to see sequels at the cinema for free just because you happened to see the first film?
Do you get free refills at the local pub?
No you don't so why do you expect jamie to work for nothing? Have you any idea at all how long it takes to create a video or put together a new photo recipe? Why should you get more for free. The logic of iPhone users baffles me.
This app costs about the same as a magazine and contains extremely useful videos, recipes and features. It is absolute value for money.
If I had the skills I WOULD NEVER create an iphone app because people who buy them are the biggest whingers and most rude people on the planet expecting everything for nothing.
I'm surprised they don't expect re-fills for life when they go to the pub or starbucks!!! Morons!
Jamie - ignore the moaners. This app was one of the best fivers I have ever spent. Well done :o)
Update
The "60" new recipes is what will be put on the new app description (it already says 55 and there has been 5 added in this update).
A bit of a disapointment but I've had more than enough value for money anyway. What do we expect, free recipes for life for under a fiver!
I would like the option to buy extra content in packs though as I like the fomat of the app. Maybe a vegetarian pack, a dessert pack, a longer recipes pack, a recipes from other books pack, even a video tips pack!
Brilliant
Love jamie's recipes anyway, and to get his personal help on my iPhone while I cook is just brilliant. The recipes are lovely (although cooking them in under 20 mins is going to take practice!) Even better are the videos teaching useful skills and handy tips. Never mind Nigella - this is THE cooking app!
