Great game
I love the game but was disappointed that when I downloaded the full version I lost all the money I’d built up in the free version. I wish there was more basic colours. I’ve found that using certain brushes result in the highest value of pot, not necessarily the fanciest or more adventurous designs, so it can get a little dull if you’re trying to build up funds to buy more extras, I’d thought that the more extravagant patterns and expensive extras would give bigger ‘profits’ when watching the auction.
I do find the game addictive and relaxing but I’m rapidly running out of things to buy, so I’m hoping that the developers bring in new things.
Also it’s a pity you can’t have more than one ‘ornament’ option on a pot, such as a handle and a lid.
All in all I do like the game, and it’s beautifully presented, I just hope that more things are added as time goes on.
Good game
Fun little game, worth the £4.99.
Would be nice if there were some new options like more than one ornament at a time, or tool effects (like carving or textural effects).
Also the paint/brushes on the ornaments - such as the handle - just bend and warp making your works look off, if there was a way of putting colour or brushes underneath and the ability to paint the ornaments separate that would raise It to 5 stars.
Brilliant, love it!!
A brilliant idea, very well thought out; and, as far as I know, a unique game. You simply spin your own pot on a virtual wheel, fire it, and decorate it using an amazing variety of styles. Celtic, Greek, Japanese, (Native) American, even Neanderthal, to name a few, are all included. You sell your work to earn coins to buy the colours and designs. There are additional styles to buy for small sums (99p); including some lovely designs from the makers’ native Poland.
I am totally addicted and love playing! For someone who normally just wants to do her own thing, I love the fun and challenge of the quests (commissions). The initial quests help you get started and buy your first designs. There is plenty of time to do your own thing as well.
The only drawback is that you need to be on Facebook to sign into and take part in the forum, and show your work off to other players/artists. You can still look at others’ amazing work on the forum.
The after sales support I also found to be prompt and helpful; in fact, I think it’s the first time anyone has bothered to reply to my query!
This game ties with an artistic app called TrippingFest (sadly, not available on iPad) as my all time favourite!!
