The Future of AAA Console Games on App Store
Excellent translation from console to iPhone/iPod. Sharp visuals using retina display and beautiful soundscapes typical of Mirrors Edge.
Probably best Game App I own - need to see more AAA console games adapted for mobile devices - Mirrors Edge does a great job of showing how a company like EA, can bring a top title to a touch screen device, not force it to play using traditional FPS joystick controls but instead adapt the game for a mobile touchscreen device.
Excellent stuff.
Brilliantly sharp visuals, fluid and intuitive controls. Really impressed.
Previously owned and loved it on PS3 and this version feels very similar.
Mirrors Edge + portable = Amazing!
What a wonderful little game. It captures so much of the original game on PC, xbox and PS3 really well.
The music, colours and gameplay will make this an app I will keep coming back to. Aswell as the speed runs, packages and achievements, this is a no brainer buy for a Mirrors Edge fan.
I hope the developers continue to support this app with many more levels and maybe time trials? As they can't be too hard to make.
