The game was all going fine and I was loving it ..... until I got the jack Russel dog I needed for a quest . I got him after doing what I needed to acquire him but then I came Of and came back on and he wasn’t there . I did this a few times and he still wasn’t visible when I came on . Then when I bought him his mate I spent around 7k on his mate and then the same thing happened , she disappeared and then it would come up asking if I would buy his mate instead of what it should be saying which is if I wanna breed them . I just wanted to point this out to you because I don’t know if it’s only me or not . Please can you try and do something about this as it’s getting annoying and I’m wasting my money on it so that I can complete a quest to move on . Thanks for reading , I hope you have a good day .

Also can you please add a shar~pei they are a dog that originated in China and were originally used in wars in China so they were fighting dogs . They look a bit like a pug but bigger and like 10X wrinklier when they are puppy’s . They are ADORABLE . Thanks for reading and I hope you add them .

I do love the game, the concept is fun for literally all ages- I’ve been playing on and off since a kid. For some reason pets are disappearing, I had a chihuahua which just disappeared into thin air, although the playpen was still there (ended up selling it). Also another issue, it’s a bit silly that the coins you collect from the pets stay the same amount no matter how long you leave for. Originally a family of cats may give you 60 coins every 2 hours for example, however it does not accumulate. You will come back after sleeping and see 60 coins despite the fact that about 8 hours have passed. These issues are not major enough for me to stop playing or delete the game, I still love it but please try improve these things if you can

Unable to complete a task to add a neighbour because when entering a Storm8 ID the keyboard doesn’t collapse/disappear once you have typed the ID in, so are unable to the press ‘invite’ as the keyboard covers up the invite button and the ‘done’ button doesn’t trigger the ‘invite’ function. This never used to be a problem when I played the game a few years ago, so not sure why this is now happening. Please fix as this will prevent me and other players from being able to complete numerous tasks and progress through the game. Also I have just completed a task to win a chihuahua then after a few minutes my chihuahua has disappeared and I am left with an empty pen, unable to buy a mate to breed them to complete tasks. I have also noticed this same bug when visiting other people’s stores, where their Jack Russel and Chihuahua pens are empty but you can still play with them. I’ve seen this bug reported a long while back but still not fixed by Storm8. Disappointing. Too many bugs so only 1 star rating from me. Will look for an alternative game to play.
