Love my polar watch and H10

This first time I’ve had something like this and I am totally love it track me all day and all night it’s great that at night when in bed as I sleep you can still track your system.

You can use your computer or iPad to set- up session send them to your watch and already for you todo your session next day no stopping and start my watch all set up plus with H10 you get me much better reading to my heart.

You can also do a vo2 max test at home which is great .
You get pointers on flow app and newsletters via email to read up on stuff over all amazing stuff .

I would recommend this to anyone would like clear Information about what doing in their sport and if people think this just set up for road runner it’s not you have millions sport to choose from in the polar app .

just let people know my polar watch is (polar vantage m )you can buy the v with touch screen but once you start training you can’t use touch screen and different in price not much for the extra cost would be up to you what one you buy.

Valuable App, suggested improvements

I use this to track my workouts recorded separately using Polar Beat, and it does a good job. One niggle is that when you open “Training” the progress bar at the top of the screen updates but it doesn’t actually sync data - to do that you have to pull down on the screen for a manual refresh. As well as being counter intuitive this isn’t obvious so when I first started using the App I was convinced it was broken. It would be better if the auto sync did just that and if the refresh swipe was more clearly indicated.

I do question the value of having two Apps, Beat and Flow. Both are good, but it seems each is better at something the other is trying to do as well. I’d prefer a single best of both experience and wonder whether it would reduce the number of negative reviews from people who may not be using them quite the way they were designed.

Works well just one minor feature and it’s be perfect.

Decently accurate heart rate monitor device. Paired with this app and I can turn gps on and off easily, which was ideal for me. Don’t like idea of being tracked all the time!

The ease of switching between views is great, and different timeframes for stats is useful. And can add a training session later if you forget to record at the time. But a session added lager doesn’t really marry with the heart rate or steps to date etc, do anything smart with double counting. This is one thing one I’d like if they could figure out. An informed guess based on your history? Sure some simple machine learning could do it.

Anyway apart from that minor suggestion it works great / pairs well with watch and seems accurate at gps. Also polar is less creepy that most (all?). So overall I’d highly recommend this app and the accompanying devices.
