Needs work
Reeder is my go to app on the iPhone, the visual simplicity and readability are really well implemented for the device, unfortunately for me the iPad version falls very short.
The layout feels clunky to navigate and the feeds contained within boxes are neither visually appealing nor easy to use, titles get cut off and getting in and out of folders is cumbersome. It's trying to cross visual elements of iPhoto and Pulse with the original iPhone reeder app, sadly it just feels unnecessary and detracts from the experience.
Flipboard does this far more successfully and is free. Disappointed I paid for this.
Great RSS reader
I have the iPad, iPhone and Mac versions of this app and it's the best out there by far. I tried various RSS readers as I wasn't satisfied with mobile Safari's built in offering, and finally settled on Reeder.
After setting up a Google Reader account, and importing my Safari RSS bookmarks, setup was a doodle. Everything stays in sync, marking entire feeds as read is easy, and it's even easier to share articles via Twitter, Facebook, email etc than Safari.
A little pricier than some of the alternatives, but worth every penny.
