Amazing

Forget all the big budget games. If you need a break from the current norm, enjoy building groups of hero’s, mazes, puzzles, magic, special weapons, in a turn based format, this is the game for you. This game has been made just for the pure love of it. No GOTCHA here. I can only say thank you to them. This game was a breath of fresh air. You won’t find many like it. The world which you will explore in is huge. If you play long enough and get to “Savage Crossing”, your adventure has just begun. If you have never played this type of game I highly recommend you read the forums. Especially the very well laid out “walk through”, which someone has spent many hrs producing. Give your self a little bit of time getting used to the layout of the game and how to build characters. Then you will be good to go explore. If you do get to “Savage Crossing”, your are obviously enjoying the game, so give the devs a bit of love when you do and get something in their shop. You won’t need it, but it’s a little thank you, which I think they deserve.

Reminded me of my childhood

Still playing and LOVING it. A great boredom buster from lockdown! Reminds me very much of Bards Tale 3. Can’t wait to find out if the expansion pack is part of all this. All I can say to anyone unsure is - if you have the patience to spend time improving your players then you NEED this game. It has overtaken FF7 as my fave game of all time.... thank you so much developer :)

Great game. Great value and a trip back to the past! I really enjoyed this, though I wasn't sure at first. Takes patience at the beginning of the game when characters are weak as there is no way I can see that you can speed up time. I'm at level 3 now and it Is making a big difference already. I think a balanced party works best. I have a front row of 2 warriors, a paladin and a bard. Second row of three has a conjurer, a magician and a rogue as they can use a bow. Initially it pays to take a goodly time when creating characters to re-roll to get the best stats that any party member needs as at game start if you don't it can be frustrating to constantly retreat to the castle and heal, and that's only possible in daytime. If you branch right when you leave and go south you get to a ladder down. You can fight and go back up to heal (remember it takes time) and you shouldn't be attacked here. Then go down again till you clear the area. To the right here is the path out and to the far left is a watchtower. It pays to take time and get better weapons and armour and more spells. Best roll playing game ever on iPad and one of my best games. And it's huge!!!
