We’ve made it even easier to claim your train ticket refunds by compiling all you need in a single app.
The Train Refunds App enables you to deal with your refund claim while you are on the go, and when you have your journey and ticket details to hand.
If you haven’t got the network connectivity required to submit it on the spot, simply save your claim for submission later.
App Features:
Easy to use, claim it while you wait.
Stores your contact & ticket details for future use.
Saves all your refund claims, making it easy for you to reuse your favourite delay route by simply changing the time & date.
Shortcuts to the individual train operator contact details. Get in touch with their customer services via phone or email for feedback on maintenance issues, such as coach temperature or littering, or to simply get a delay update.
Currently supports refunds through the following operators: First Capital Connect, South Eastern Railway, Southern Railway, London Overground, London Underground (Tube) and Docklands Light Railway.

Fixed validation failure for some train companies when in 12 hour mode.

Rubbish app - Doesnt work when you use oyster
Don't buy if travelling via oyster on national rail
Downloaded so I could claim back expenditure on oyster card when travelling on national rail. Doesn't seem to support this.
Also frustrating when entering times because it only let's you enter the time you want.
Useless
Tried to save my details for future use but when I came back it had cleared it and had to enter all again. Difficult to use and time consuming, waste of 69p!
