Changes to the Stamp Duty calculator have been made following the recent Budget announcement, made in November 2017 by the Chancellor. The calculator now takes into account the stamp duty changes for first time buyers.

Used it to help me find a mortgage
Really excellent!
I'm buying a house and saw this app. Really easy to use. Great information, really gives a lot of stuff on each of the mortgage products. Found a really helpful broker as well to give me some advice. Definitely recommend this, especially as its free!!
Inaccurate - ignores all direct deals
I'm an IFA & Mortgage Broker. These days many of the best deals are direct only between customer & lender. If I source & assist my clients with one of these I simply charge a fee. Why not include them? Do you expect customers to use this app and go to a broker, having missed better potential deals? This app is misleading, it should state clearly that direct deals aren't included in the search. Try HSBC, First Direct & Yorkshire BS for starters... And your description of an interest only mortgage is plain wrong!!
