No Loyalty!
I purchased the English voice and used the app a lot however they have made changes that require me to pay again! There are better apps out there now that provide the same service. Why would they think its ok to stop you being able to use a service you have paid for previously. If you are happy to pay for a service that they just pull when they want then buy it. I need reliability and loyalty, but not getting that here.
Unusable after the update, lost my previously purchased language pack
Had this app for about eight years and I was quite pleased with the English language pack that I have bought. Although not perfect it was usable until its latest update in November 2020. After the automatic update it and has stopped working , i cannot restore may previous purchase and I’ve also lost my book library.
App is asking me to pay again
Very disappointing!
I’ve already paid for an earlier version of this app, after using that version for a while - I’m now asked to pay again for a new version.
This isn’t acceptable and I’ll not use this it anymore as I don’t want to pay twice for the same app.
