The interface is not better than a browser! An App has to have a reason to exist and this one doesn't.

Using Safari the browser can be navigated with jestures - forward and back etc. This one has forward and back buttons.

Using Safari the text size can easily be changed with CMD + or CMD - In this app it has no effect.

The App has been critised for having too small a font. This can be corrected by using Wiki --> Preferences… and the scroll buttons.

You cannot type in a font size so switching size 10 --> 72 requires holding the up scroll button for 20 seconds!

NB the new font is only used for new articles - the current article isn't refreshed. So don't give up too soon.

These faults should be easy to fix?

Summary: Browser is better (for now).

It's Worth Downloading

its basically the same as going to the actual site but it is a little quicker unless you have it saved as your homepage. but i find this app feels a little smoother to use with the apple style layout and its got a net little icon.

so yeah its wikipedia so dont expect anything special but its worth downloading.
