Biography

A Chicago rock outfit built around members of Local H (drummer Joe Daniels) and Imagination Playground (bassist Mark Mills and guitarist Daniel Stock), Bruiser formed in 2005. After touring with a number of standout outfits, Daniels decided to call it a day, and Bruiser pushed forward, roping in Chris Balagot to fill in the drum seat in late 2007. In 2008, the new and (to some, perhaps) improved Bruiser released its debut album, Fantastic Theory.
