Burns

Burns is an electro producer from England whose remix work for the likes of Calvin Harris, Gossip, and Passion Pit in 2009 quickly established him as an up-and-coming talent with a hot hand for club hits. Born Matthew Burns and associated with the label 2112 Records, he remixed songs including Calvin Harris' "I'm Not Alone," Gossip's "Heavy Cross," Passion Pit's "The Reeling," Empire of the Sun's "We Are the People," and Yuksek's "Extraball" — all of which were released in 2009. He also released the singles "Disko," "Turbo," and "Heartbeats" on 2112 Records in 2009, though above all it was his remix work that established him as an up-and-coming talent.
