In the artist’s words: Describe one of your earliest musical memories in detail. Before I started to learn guitar, I was given a wind up gramophone and some 78s. I was 5 or 6. One of my favourites was Jitterbug Swing by Bukka White. Every weekend our house feasted on music from my fathers vinyl collection. Ella Fitzgerald, Ella Fitzgerald Sings the Cole Porter Songbook Expanded Edition John Renbourn, Nobody's Fault But Mine (The John Renbourn Anthology 1966-2005) Leo Kottke, Essential Leo Kottke 1. The album is called 'Greenhouse', but it isn't on here. The first time I heard the track 'Louise", I knew I wanted to place like guitar. I wanted that sound. 2.
